Individual Submissions (Deadline: 06 October 2023)

Podium Presentation: 10-15 minute individual presentation to showcase your research. Submissions will be reviewed by the Science Committee and successful submissions will be grouped together with similar topic presentations to create a 1-hour session. An independent chairperson, as nominated by the Science Committee, will facilitate and enforce time limits between presenters and moderate audience Q&A at the end of all presentations within the session.

All accepted abstracts for posters, oral presentations, and symposia will be published in the journal Clinical EEG & Neuroscience (https://eeg.sagepub.com/) conference proceeding book. Selected papers will be considered for publication in Clinical EEG and Neuroscience journal, indexed in Scopus.

Ignite Talks: 5-minute individual ‘lightning’ oral presentation. Submissions will be reviewed by the Science Committee and successful submissions within this category will be grouped together with other similar topic presentations to create a 1-hour session.

Poster Presentation:Display of a physical poster (1m wide x 1.2m high),-Posters will be secured to panel display boards within the Congress Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Congress. There will be poster viewing times within the Program to encourage open discussion and Q&A with poster presenters.
